Good Monday Morning Ya’ll,
I hope you are well this the last day of August 2009. I’m checking in on you today to see where you are in the process of building your future with your team.
There are some indicators that leaders watch for when building a team that usually reveal who the future players are going to be. I want to touch base with you about one of those indicators today then I’ll be out of your way.
Unless you are already well established in this industry with a huge downline and mega income to back it up it’s just plain and simple…you need your upline.
I can tell you that one of the most important things that has helped me along the way in my mlm career was the fact that I was not afraid to embrace my upline. When I came onboard I did not wait for them to come to me I picked up the phone and called Michel and Ben and Mark and introduced myself because I was ‘that’ serious about my success.
There is a saying that you don’t have to go out and find your leaders because the ‘cream always rises to the top.’ I know in very short order who is going to be wildly successful in network marketing because for one thing they are talking to me…often.
In addition I see them on the live webinars as a show of team support and leadership. I get emails from them daily and they are plugging into training from all angles.
Quick question — does this describe you? I hope so because it is the sincere desire of my heart to see each and everyone of you become network marketing superstars and I know you have what it takes to make that happen. Nework marketing is serious business and it takes dedication and hard work to yield the types of incomes that we all come here looking for. But it can be done…it’s not easy…it’s not quick…but when you’ve created an income of tens of thousands of dollars a month that won’t seem to matter so much.
I want to encourage you today that I know you have what it takes and if you have not done so already start tapping into the awesome resources available to you and you will start to see things happen.
